Etudis.us programs are offered under three learning rhythms: - Intensive (3 months) - Standard (6 months) - Flexible (12 months) These learning rhythms affect the pace of study, but not the core program content. Learners may request a change of rhythm after enrollment by contacting our team. Changes are subject to availability and may be subject to conditions communicated at that time.
Program tuition is displayed on the relevant pages of the website or communicated during enrollment. All amounts are shown in USD. Payment options may include: - Payment in full at enrollment - Installment payments - Monthly payment plans Payment terms, accepted methods, and schedules are communicated during the enrollment process. Programs are delivered through the NSica platform. Where included, a personal tutor is assigned to the learner during the program. Tutor support may include: - Answering questions - Reviewing submitted work - Providing written feedback - Monitoring learner progress Tutors respond to messages within 24 hours on business days. Support is provided through the NSica platform messaging system.
Upon successful completion of all required program components, learners may receive a certificate of completion issued by Etudis.us. Unless expressly stated otherwise: - Etudis.us certificates are internal completion certificates - They do not automatically grant a state license, government credential, or third-party certification - External certification exams, licenses, or professional requirements may vary by state, profession, and employer Etudis.us does not guarantee employment, salary level, job placement, or eligibility for external certification or licensure.
Some programs may relate to external certification paths or exams. Where applicable, such external exams or certification fees are not included in tuition unless clearly stated otherwise. Learners are responsible for checking eligibility requirements, paying any external exam or certification fees, and confirming the rules applicable in their state or profession.
